My dad comes home from Las Vegas late tonight/early morning tomorrow (his plane gets to the airport at like, 11:55 at night or something). He said he wouldn't be home until around 1 in the morning. Mom's at work and won't be home until after 6 tonight, and then she promised me that she'll take me to blockbuster so we can rent The Nightmare Before Christmas, my favorite movie. Then we can watch it tonight and.. yay.

I finished the petpage for Ryukui yesterday, that was good. I wound up just typing out everything for the blog/textbox thing last night. It's frickin IMPOSSIBLE to find a font color that goes with the layout and shows up perfectly! Grrr, darn you leaves from the tree in my backyard! I've gone through black, yellow, turquoise, black and then brown for colors, and currently I'm trying Chartreuse. I'm getting the color names from here: [link] by the way. Tektek.org toolbar is godly.

Ah! Chartreuse works good brightness wise, I just need it a smidge darker and then it'll be great! Hn, now I'm trying Green Yellow. Dun work. Tan is current font color, and it looks like it might be the right font color! Take a look at it please..

Decided to update this thing, yay.

Here's this weekend:
Well, on Friday my dad left around 3 pm to go to some conference thing in Las Vegas. He'll be gone until Tuesday, yay! My dad has lung, kidney and colon cancer, and he's got anger problems. So, this weekend is like a vacation for my mom, my brother and me.
Friday night, my brother and I went to our friend's house (friend is named Andy). Andy also invited April-Hope, Stephanie, Ryan and Mark. Them, Andy and my brother are all going to be seniors in high school, and I'm going to be a sophomore. We all shared Andy's Wii, and I got my butt handed to me at Wii Sports: Baseball. We didn't go home until one in the morning, it was great.

Saturday.. what happened yesterday.. -thinks hard, closes one eye- ... -asks mom what happened- My mom and brother had doctor appointments in the morning. They came home, and we all watched Ella Enchanted (they slaughtered the book, but the movie is okay) while we ate lunch, since that movie was on disney. We sat around the house, and then we went to five o'clock mass.

Which brings us to today. I woke up around 10 am, ate coffee cake for breakfast. Headed down here, drew some art of my lupe on neopets since I'm working on a petpage for him. I ate picked up the sticks in the front and backyard, watched Camp Lazlo while I ate lunch. Now I'm just doing some work in Paint on the art of my lupe, just cleaning it up and adding color.

I usually like to sleep in. But since school starts in, what, -figures it out- two weeks, 14 days, I thought that I should start waking up earlier so I'm not a dead fish on school day mornings. And around here, there's always really cool sunrises and sunsets. The digital camera's working. I was going to take a piccy of the perdy sunrise.

Dad woke me up at 11.

Eh, there's always those sunsets. But if I go to the park down the street today, maybe there'll little photogenic kids playing at the swing sets.
